NEON !
I have always loved neon colors. & I think that it's GREAT that they're back in this spring / summer
I am particularly loving the green and the yellow (and you know I will always love love love hot pink). Lately I have noticed that I am drawn to neon green & electric blue. I also think that all the bright colors look great with gray
Here's a few fun pieces I found that you can easily incorporate without freaking everyone out or Joe calling you a "hipster" :)
